Welcome to the new website of Boy Scout Troop 515!
The troop, which has been continously chartered and serving the youth of the west side of Cleveland, OH since 1957, meets every Wednesday evening from 6:45-8:45pm at 6515 Bridge Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44102 [map]. Our troop is sponsored by The Nehemiah Mission of Cleveland, a ministry of The North Coast District of The United Methodist Church.
Our Troop is "boy led", which means the youths run the program, just as Scouting's founder, Baden-Powell intended. Our troop program provides the opportunity for young people to learn and grow in the timeless values of Scouting; character building, training them in the responsibilities of good and participating citizenship, personal fitness, outdoor camping and other Scouting and life skills. In addition to our weekly meetings, Troop 515's Scouting program runs year round with monthly outings and events ranging from camping, hiking and sports-related activities to FUNdraisers and community service. Our event calendar for the year is located in the entry below and in the Troop Documents & Forms section.
